The Martian Ministry of Interplanetary Travel (MMIT) has given a travel warning greatly discouraging travel to the Earthling region known as North America. It regularly gives these travel warnings to fulfill its duties under the Universal Flying Ordinance (UFO).

“Available reports indicate that the Earthlings are planing to set large amounts of explosives on fire. Which would be fine. If, you know, they weren’t Earthlings and knew what they were doing,” said a spokesperson for MMIT.

The Earthlings do not know what they are doing.

Any Martians that should find themselves in impacted regions are encouraged to stay far away from any explosions, but to note that Earthling intentions in firing these explosives are not deliberately hostile. We are unsure at this time whether the fact they are not being deliberately hostile makes them more or less dangerous.

Martians are firmly warned by the MMIT that it is highly illegal to use the expected general drunkenness and sky-chaos of this time to pull “let-the-Earthlings-briefly-see-us” shenanigans on pretense that the aforementioned factors will give plausible deniability to any claims of Martian-craft sightings.

Furthermore, Earthlings are expected to be especially interested in spotting Martian activity, in part due to the Las Vegas incident, which MMIT is still cleaning up.

Above all, be warned that Earthing explosives and Martian Luminescent-Gravitron Transistors cannot be used safely together. Yes certain pyrotechnic-gravitron light spectacles can look really awesome(1). We aren’t going to deny it, it can look very very cool. But it isn’t worth the potentially planet-ending safety risks.

The Orc is Finalized!

Alchemy Updates

• There is a new potion type for potions that help with Resists. These always involve adding one unit of Helpful Herbs
• All base prices are now two units of currency and each potion type only has one and only one main ingredient. -“Enhance Price” is now called “Purification Price”
